The protection of your privacy is part of the information provided on our website and is of great importance to Swiss Gifts. Below you will find information on the processing of your personal data, in particular on its use, transmission to third parties, storage and destruction.
1. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data ("data") is defined as all data relating to an identified or identifiable person that you entrust to Association Swiss Gifts, when, for example, you fill in a contact form or a registration form. In general, the necessary data is limited to the following information: surname, first name, address, postal number and city, country, telephone number, e-mail address or date of birth. The site also records your IP address. Swiss Gifts Association also collects data via cookies, for example: IP address, location, navigation data, clicks or links opened and the duration of sessions on our website. Requests to link to your social network accounts are sources of information collected about you. No personal data related to financial transactions is required on our site and therefore is not requested or collected. Information is only sent to you if you have given us permission to do so via a contact form on this site or via our communications. If you wish to change your mind or unsubscribe from our communications, you can let us know at any time, either by e-mail or via the link provided in our communications. In addition, we also collect your data when you apply for a job. Of course, all such data will be deleted within the legal time limits.
2. USE
Our aim is to provide you with the information you have subscribed to, or services that may improve our websites so that we can inform you even better about our services. The security of your personal data is a top priority for us. By agreeing to this data protection policy, you authorise us to collect, store and use your personal data for the following purposes:

We do not use cookies and similar technologies (e.g. retargeting from Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to voluntarily provide you with personalised content and advertisements. For our analyses, we use Google Analytics. According to Google, the information collected by Google Analytics is made anonymous. Visitors to our website are therefore not personally identified. 5. SECURITY
In order to protect your data from unauthorised use, we apply technical and organisational measures. We improve our measures in line with technological progress, although unfortunately data cannot yet be fully protected with the current state of the art.
6. DISPOSAL OF PERSONAL DATA
We will only store your data for the period of time permitted by the applicable law. Your data will then be deleted. The data of unsuccessful applicants will also be destroyed within the period of time allowed by law.
7. RIGHT OF OBJECTION AND DATA PROTECTION ISSUES
